Overall I was very happy with Bernards and Tom Ayre who was my day to day contact. He was engaging, proactively kept me updated on viewings and market conditions prior to the actual sale. Once I had accepted an offer, Tom worked hard to reassure me throughout the various stages of the sales process, which he seemed manage very tightly. His interpersonal skills are second to none. He managed to get the balance right for all parties, anticipating our needs at each point of the sale. In my view Bernards are a trustworthy business led by Daniel Byrne who has a can do attitude. Toms behaviours reflect the culture of the business and it's leader, both of which I'd be happy to recommend and use again myself.

Fair price for a great service, previously I'd negotiated a fixed price, but found the agents maybe didn't prioritise selling the house, Bernards refused to work on fixed price, in retrospect, trying to save a few thousand, didn't work (in my case anyway).
