I was stunned.

Very unresponsive, sometimes taking a month to respond, even when arranging move out date, which was fast approaching. The flat was unclean when I arrived, non of the work was done which was agreed on the offer. I arrived to a filthy house and had to push up hill to get everything done, from that point on. Within my first month I had to put in a formal complaint, which was resolved in my favour, but it was such a stressful entry into my home.

After 6 months I had enough and left at my break clause. I was the second or third tenant to leave in less than 3 years, I believe the owners are now selling.
Renting in London is hard enough without having to deal with this kind of treatment, especially for such a high rent.

Really fantastic local letting agents from right at the beginning of the process. Friendly, helpful and excellent at property management. In the first few months we have had: a new boiler fitted, new fridge, and pest control in to do structural work to the property. All have been quite big jobs but there has been no hesitation in fixing any issues. All work/appliances have been replaced at a really high standard. Couldn't recommend Daisy Lets enough!
