I put my shared ownership apartment up for sale on Property Eagle shortly after lockdown 1.0 in 2020. Selling a property is challenging at the best of times however the timing add a whole new layer of potential pitfalls.
Property Eagle, Jayne and Charlotte in particular, have been a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. From listing the property, arranging viewings, guiding me through the sale process and even chasing conveyancers during critical stages, I couldn't have asked for a better agent. To top it all off, the price was incredibly competitive!
I recommend anyone looking for an estate agent to contact Property Eagle, you won't be disappointed!

Throughout our process of buying the property we had some difficulties and in that case we approached Jayne D. To see if there is anything to do. From there she took the case and chased everything for us.
Also I can say that she helped us more then our solicitor (which was payed by us) and managed to sort out everything in the right way to move before Christmas.

I don,t know why I chose Property Eagle but I'm so pleased that I did. Having used several Agents in the past, both on-line and High Street these were a revelation.Charlotte and Jane were very helpful,always called back when they said they would(that's a first} and made the whole process a positve experience.
