Thoroughly unhelpful, have enquired about two properties on two separate occasions and on both enquiries no viewing was offered I had to constantly phone as noone ever bothered to contact me even though the properties arewere still up . Thoroughly unhelpful, have enquired about two properties on two separate occasions and on both enquiries no viewing was offered I had to constantly phone as noone ever bothered to contact me even though the properties arewere still up . I offered to pay the holding deposit without a viewing on one of the properties but this was refused. I'm not sure whether the landlords would be impressed they knew that there were potential tenants that were being turned away. I work the ambulance service and work shifts and found GasgoignePees very unhelpful in accommodating my shift work, I was basically told that i couldn't make the open day that was my problem not good customer service

My wife and I purchased our first Home through Gascoigne Pees, Basingstoke. I was so impressed with Latoya hard work, professionalism, exceptional service and support throughout the process. She was always there when I needed help & provided with timely update. I would like to thank Gemma and Virginia for their help and support. They were very professional, friendly and helpful ensuring the Tenancy process progressed as quick as possible. Overall excellent service throughout process and would definately recommend in future.
