As a tenant who use the Murray & Currie Edinburgh, I would say the service is Excellent, as my experience when I asking something they respond me with fast and polite, and also give the good solution when I have problem due to this pandemic.
I tag Sara Peshwarian and Steven Livingston also because in my experience with both of them they Really helpfull people and have a good desire and professional with their job.
for the property that I rent also have a good quality for living and also good maintenance.

Fast response in email replies from all the staff in Edinburgh office. Very organised & efficient team. Timely rental statement from Shannon Brown ðLettings team, Sara Peshrowian & Steven Livingston are quick to inform landlord of tenant's termination notice. No time is wasted to re-market rental of property & car park space. Car park space was rented very quickly by Steven, hence no void period. Sara patiently explained tenants' & landlords' obligations on termination notice under the new Scottish tenancy agreement introduced in Dec 2017. Presently awaiting Kim Keenan to finalise referencing of new student tenant which was just secured for 2nd let of the flat.

We have recently rented a property from Murray and Currie and have found the whole process really straight forward thanks to their unbelievably friendly staff. We were in the same rental flat for 6 years but had to move out as the landlord wanted to sell and so spent a lot of time with various letting agents looking at flats allover Edinburgh and the guys we met at Murray and Currie stood out above everyone else.
We initially met a guy called Steven Livingston and he came across as really knowledgeable and friendly guy who seemed to properly understand what we were looking for. When we decided to go ahead with the flat we were passed to his assistant called Sara who was super efficient and helped us with the process of completing the various reference checks we needed which was brilliant.
We have been in the flat for about 7 weeks now and there were a few little things that werent quite right with the flat when we moved in but their maintenance guys were quick to respond and quickly took care of what needed done. We have really enjoyed all aspects of this agency so far and so would highly recommend them to anyone.

I have no issue with Murray and Curries fees. In line with other quotes I have had and they have achieved far better rental values than I was expecting. Delivered what they said they would for me

Excellent service levels throughout. Always kept up to date about the property. Any issues dealt with very swiftly. Staff are always helpful and on several occasions the Directors have meet up with us to show the company's commitment to look after the landlords business. Murray & Currie have shown the highest level of commitment from prior to the property being built , still continue to show this high levels today and I am sure will into the future. Our journey started in 2012 and we continue to have to worry less and have no stress on this property as M&C manage it for us as we reside overseas.
