It has been really easy and stress free working with McDougall McQueen. From the first appointment everything has been well explained. Jim did the viewings for us which all went really well with good feedback from Alasdair. The house then sold at the Home Report value within a month of our first meeting. From the initial call we made, to getting a confirmed offer and date of entry it has been fast and efficient. Jim initially and Kim have been friendly and excellent at keeping us up to date and informed with every detail, with nothing ever too much hassle. We've had the pleasure of being looked after by Kim McIntosh. I could not fault the service from Kim in the slightest. From the outset Kim has been on it! The for sale sign process is pretty terrible as we had sold our house before the sign even went up. However this is possibly out of your hands.

McDougall and McQueen have provided an excellent service from the start. Jim Pendriech provided a good overview of the service and process that they offer. From the moment we agreed to McDougall and McQueen marketing the property we could not fault the service. All the staff were welcoming when we visited the office and extremely responsive to phone calls. We were kept informed at all times of what happens next, any changes and appointments. A very professional yet friendly service that we would recommend to anyone.

Jim and Wendy helped me during a difficult time selling my late mums house.
They were both extremely professional, courteous, respectful and friendly.
Jim's value was accurate and spot on with the HR value, his estimate was transparent and very efficient.
Wendy's knowledge, experience, guidance and efficiency was absolutely outstanding - she made a sensitive situation easier for me to deal with.
Nothing was a bother to Wendy - she treated me as an individual and not a number - as a result I felt comfortable and a valued customer.
