We have just secured a property with Braemore, and we can't believe how quickly everything went through! It has been very positive so far. My partner and I viewed the property on Saturday 30th of March with Tiffany who was very helpful and showed us around, and with very quick responses from Erin Hickey who has seen our application through, it's now Friday 5th April and within the 6 days we have finished the application process and completed the tenancy agreement. Braemore overall have been very friendly so far and extremely helpful - Erin even provided us with a past inventory in advance to prepare for moving in. Would highly recommend!

Erin was an energetic, enthusiastic agent who helped to make the dry boring stuff a lot more interesting and who took a real interest in meeting our needs.
Also a big thank you to Tiffany who took the long drive to Dunfermline to open the property for us and allow us to take our time looking around and discussing things. There was no hard sell (which we did get from other agencies), just a warm welcome and a genuine interest in what we were looking for (which we did NOT get from other agencies).
Thanks to Braemore for a great service.
