Angie Powell (MNAEA)Angie joined the Lincoln branch of Starkey&Brown in September 2013 as Sales Progressor. Angie has immense experience in estate agency after spending 15 years previously as a Senior Sales Consultant.In her role Angie liaises between clients, solicitors and other agents, aswell as surveyors.
Nudging them along the way so they get the process done that little bit quicker.Angie passed her NFOPP Level 3 Award in September 2014 and loves the buzz that comes from completing on a sale\/purchase even if the going has been tough.

We loved the property and Starkey & Brown's team helped us bid, negotiate and settle on a mutual price within 24 hours. What truly sets them apart, in my opinion, is the polish the quality throughout their entire team—ranging from the Receptionist and Directors to the Sales Consultants and particularly the Progressor. All show client care and empathy, acting with purpose and authenticity.

I recently bought a Bungalow from a couple who sold their property through Starkey and Brown.
I was initially dealt with by Anita who has such a lovely way with people. She was very personable, warm and friendly and helped me set the ball rolling with some very helpful advice.
I was then dealt with by Angie who ran me through the process once the offer was accepted. She was very professional and kept me up to date brilliantly in the closing stages especially on the day of sale.
Are they a good agent to deal with? I'd have to say yes in all honesty.
Would I sell my property with Starkey And Brown? Most definitely.
