Highly organised and planned. This was my first experience to rent a house in Edinburgh as an overseas student. I tried some other agencies and they offered my too late viewing appointments but Braemore arranged two viewings immediately for two upcoming days and we moved into our new house just one week later. Everything went smoothly. Mark and Lynne were very kind and considerate and gave me all the needed information very patiently and kindly. Only if I want to criticise, they used to reply to my emails a bit late, and they told this was because they had a lot to do. Overall, they were very professional and benevolent.

Mark took me on a viewing, and was also great. He was able to explain the features, and highlights of the property, and ran through the process of applying for it too. Really happy with how I was treated, and I was made to feel really comfortable.
I really understand the process a lot better and look forward to possibly letting one of the properties I have lined up next week. THANK YOU!!

Do not use!. I don't care if you have to sleep homeless for a week would be a better experience then dealing with this lot. Was looking for my deposit back. I left the house in good order. I left the house in good order. Deposit was £895. I guessing there might have been a few cleaning fees with all agencies, maybe £200. Just got word they are charging me £836.70. The house was very dirty when I moved in. All the items listed below were not cleaned. They also charged me for a shower curtain that I bought and wasn't even in the house before I moved in. If you give your deposit to this lot just say goodbye because its unlikely you will ever see it again. The walls in one room were covered in mould. I emailed them a number of times to get painter in. I ended up paying for it myself £100. One room had a sofa bed in it covered in mould. I paid the council to remove it and bought a new bed and wardrobe. Cost me £250. DO NOT USE THEM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. You will regret it!!!!!!!!

Whenever I have had problems or queries she has always been my first point of contact and has been unfailingly helpful in getting me the necessary information - even when it clearly has been outside her remit to do so. I think that what she does for customer service is above and beyond that required and certainly makes her the most charming person to deal with.
