Buyers watch out!!!
I received a very rude & intimidating attitude from the Principal Partner Mr Gary Denise, of this Firm Allen Davies, Leyton Branch.
a top quality customer services & customer care philosophy is what it says on his website but Mr Gary Denise would rather be unfriendly with buyers especially if you put in offer, not exactly what he wanted/expected on a property.
In my opinion, the knowledge of the property market is very complex and not every body is expected to know what or how to make an offer. I would expect a very percent & professional attitude from the professionals in this industry, nothing less is sufficient to a buyer taking into consideration the liability of the mortgage they are taking upon them.
