I have had very good experiences with Andrew Purnell. They have been managing the block of flats for which I am a landlord. I have had very good experiences with Andrew Purnell. They have been managing the block of flats for which I am a landlord. I had a significant problem with a leak and they were able to go out of their way to assist me and source a plumber to sort the problem out for me. Frank was really helpful in contact me directly and arranging help. I have already recommended them to friends and family. Thank you!

I have been really impressed with the service from the outset, from the moment we walked into the office, the response was much better than others on the same high street. They are consistently effective, authentic, and polite. I believe them when they say that they will do the best for me. I sincerely hope that I can still say that when they sell my flat for me in the new year! I will come to them again, for sure.

I have just transferred my rental property portfolio to Andrew Purnell. I have been dealing with Frank personally and I have found that the service that I get for the fees that I pay is exceptional. Frank is always accessible and the assistance given to my tenant on a Saturday night after a break-in at one of my flats was above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you Frank.
