We rented a flat from Newton based at Port Dundas for 10 month. It was a beautiful Mackintosh Mansion flat and we had the best service of Charlene who was dealing with us. Even minor issues were attended to immediately and once we left and cleaned the flat, we got our full deposit back too. I ... Read Full Review

I received a quite outstanding and personalised service from Newton when I recently let a beautiful property in the west end of Glasgow.
The staff were without exception pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient.
The viewing arrangements were excellent and the Newton agent, Charlene Adams, was very impressive and knowledgeable.
Charlene answered all of our queries with detailed information and advised us of the likely next steps following the viewing, confirming these in writing later that day.
On taking up the tenancy we found the property clinically clean.
Queries to Newton over recent weeks have been answered quickly and effectively and with great courtesy.
An exceptional, first-class service. Take a bow, Newton.

Newton Property management are the best agency I have ever rented a property through in my 15 years of renting.
They are quick to carry out repairs and get back to us when we have a query about something. I have had dealings with a few staff members at Newton since we started renting through them 3 years ago and have found each of them polite and responsive. I mostly deal with Charlene and Katie, both of whom are lovely.
Newtons always follows the correct procedures and gave us the all the correct documentation when moving into the property, they regularly inspect the property and report any additional maintenance needed to the landlord.
As a housing adviser, I have been impressed by Newton Properties compared to other agencies I have had contact with in Glasgow. I would not only recommend them to others if asked but would actively seek to rent a property through them again if necessary.
