We've initially dealt with Raj, who was extremely helpful and let us view the apartment twice before we decided that we did indeed want the flat (he found it for us after telling him what we were looking for, and it was spot-on the first time). What agent could do to change your mind?
There were no agents fees due to a promotion they had going on. And that really did mean no fees; nothing hidden or shady.

She always responded quick and with all the information we needed, even though I was probably a little annoying due to having so many questions.
