What a really pleasant company to deal with.
After our first buyers of our property using traditional house selling methods pulled out through reasons we do not know why, we were left high and dry wondering where we go from here. After several days of research including trust pilot, we came across tens of thousands of excellent reviews springbok properties . this made me look further into the company and speak to a representative Kieran. Initially Kieran promised us what we thought to be unachievable but that was because of our naiveity based on traditional house selling methods using traditional estate agents. Springbok properties changed all of this and having explained it fully and in easily digestible chunks of information, we decided to go ahead with springbok. Ultimately they delivered exactly what they said they were when they would and indeed how they would. Names of note are Annie who was tireless in her constant communications with us and the various parties involved including those that were not directly linked to springbok but were directly linked to us. This was someone who went above and beyond the call of duty. I would absolutely and highly recommend not only springbok but the entire team who took our problem and made it easy to deal with , and achieve the result which was the selling of our house. We did not get the full market value but what we did get was absolute certainty and a sense of security from springbok properties in a manner that suited all parties. I would use them again without any hesitation.

Marc who was dealing with my purchase (LE19) was more than helpful when it came to the various enquires I had as a first time buyer. He got back to me quickly, provided updates making it very easy to understand the process & what the next steps would be following offer acceptance etc. Overall great communication & would recommend.

I reached out to Springbok after some difficulties securing a buyer my home. Annie is really helpful and returns calls and chases everything to get the purchase done as quick as possible. I feel I can relay on her to move things forward.
Found we didn’t receive confirmation of our two viewings booked and had to phone back to confirm these were booked.
