The team at Sears have been an absolute delight to work with in the process of selling our house and come HIGHLY recommended
This was a really stressful process from our side due to previous experiences with other agents but with the help of Rob and Cameron we have now find our buyer and are very excited to move house.
Everything about Sears stands out MILES above the competition (and we had also tried them all - no names mentioned) but the experience elsewhere was beyond awful.
Rob (Manager) leads a great team, he is extremely knowledgeable in regards to property and extremely friendly and helpful to work with. The industry insight / trends, reassurance, open and honest advice and help in negotiation is something we will always be extremely grateful for.
If you are on the fence about who to help sell your home then look no further… and this is coming from a professional couple who tried all of the other agents around the Bracknell area.
We really could not recommend Sears any more if we tried. Thankyou Thankyou Thankyou- It wouldn’t have been possible without you.

From the initial contact for a valuation through to selling our house, it has been an exceptional experience overall.
We had a good honest appraisal of the value and other properties in the area and some excellent advice on how to sell the property. The property was listed for just over a week with 10 viewings, resulting in 3 offers. So despite it being a challenging time to buy or sell, clearly the team are doing something well.
Robert Franklin and Wiktoria Kubat have been standout members of the team throughout and have been very knowledgeable, friendly and most importantly very communicative. I've never been left wondering what's going on at any point of the process.

Rob and the team have been great. We were never quite sure when/if we'd move and Rob kept in touch across the years (patiently) sharing market updates and ensuring that when we did find the right house to move to (we have very specific requirements) we had all the knowledge we needed to move quickly to market and sell our house. Despite our vendor wanting us to use their agent I had no hesitation in stipulating we'd use Rob and the team. The relationship and trust is critical. I'd have no hesitation in recommending Rob and Cameron and the team at Sears.

What really sold Sears to us was how friendly and professional they were. We worked with Robert Franklin to set the sale of our property up, and we loved his honesty and clear deep knowledge of property in the local area specifically. Cameron Wakefield did viewings for us, and again I was really impressed by his professionalism and friendly and polite manner. All in all a really lovely team to deal with, and have made a stressful process (buying and selling houses!) more smooth and pleasant.
