DO NOT USE. Not a good experience so far, we were rushed to move in this weekend despite saying we would rather wait until next weekend to ensure the property was ready. DO NOT USE. Not a good experience so far, we were rushed to move in this weekend despite saying we would rather wait until next weekend to ensure the property was ready. The property was not clean at all, we were welcomed by a carpet that was smelly and unclean, then greeted by a bucket of dirty mop water with the mop still bathing in the muck. It doesn't seem like much effort at all went into cleaning the property with dust blanketing many surfaces and mould thriving in the bathroom.

Many things had been agreed upon on as conditions for the offer, almost all were ignored!

I have been doing business with Nelson Agent since 2009. I find them very efficient, honest, committed, delegated, friendly, very politely, reasonable and very helpful. Their fees are very reasonable and Michael Lythgoe at the letting department will always work with me on the Agent fees.

I have been doing business with Nelson Agent since 2009.
I find them very efficient, honest, committed, delegated, friendly, very politely, reasonable and very helpful. They take care of the needs of both me as the landlady and also the tenant and make sure they satisfy my requirement and that of my tenant as well. I strongly recommend them

Every member of staff I had met and the service they gave me was outstanding. I have used them for many properties in which they have found me great tenants and deal with any concerns they have. Every member of staff I had met and the service they gave me was outstanding. I have used them for many properties in which they have found me great tenants and deal with any concerns they have. Not only that but also property management and selling.
Anytime I call they were friendly and helpful. I would recommend any one to use them for any of their services, I will no doubt be using them now and for the future.
