We had a great experience with springbok. It was fast, good communication and they did all they could for us. Every member of staff we worked with at different points was easy to get hold of, knowledgeable and literally let us know every small step. Couldn’t fault them. They were also proactive with selling and were keen to get it through. The way they organised photographers etc so fast was unbelievable and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

This review is a continuation of the one I did on Trust Pilot.
I have tried to get answers from them via email asking some specific questions but I don't get answers to them.
So heres a continued report..
The news as of 3 days ago is that the buyer doesn't even have an offer from a lender yet.
After 9 months of back and forth with this company this is what's up?
I thought you were the fast sales specialist?
Their after sales team take a long time to respond to emails and even when they do they don't answer specific questions that are legitimate to the situation.
I would not recommend this company to anyone.
