I have always had a passion for property. Over the 20 years I have been in
the industry I have specialised in both Sales and Lettings, so I have a wea
lth
of knowledge in both areas. I am currently the Lettings Branch Manager at Newman Property Experts in Leamington Spa.
Myself and my team pride ourselves in the high level of service that we provide
to all of our clients on a daily basis. I have always loved the excitement and fast
paced work that comes with the Lettings industry. I have seen many changes to
the industry throughout my time, and with Newman’s we are always adapting
our techniques to fit in with this.
I will always deliver a honest and direct approach to all of my clients to ensure
they are always well informed about the process. Having lived in Leamington
Spa previously, I benefit from extensive knowledge of the area and surrounding
villages, so I am able to help with any queries. I can assure any client looking to work with us in the future that all enquiries will be dealt with a high level of professionalism.

I've been working with Newmans since 2008 to let out our properties, and over the last 16 years, Julie and her team have consistently found reliable tenants and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. They have handled every aspect of the process well, and have always kept me informed, from viewings to vetting tenants to collecting rent.
They have a solid network of maintenance companies who, whenever there is an issue whether it is big or small, are on it at the drop of a hat, keeping us, as landlords, happy and ensuring that both our tenants and properties are well taken care of and in safe hands. Knowing that our properties are well cared for is comforting, and after 16 years of great service, I can confidently say that I have complete trust in Julie and her wonderful team. I can't recommend them highly enough. So, if you're looking for a letting agency where you can build on a relationship, and one that truly cares, look no further!

Julie is my current property manager for my BTL property, & like her predecessors at Newman's/The Property Experts, she has made being a landlord very stress free, which is no mean feat in the last few years. Nothing is ever too much trouble, everything is always managed ahead of time, efficiently & with ease meaning I can virtually forget about my property. I have other BTL properties across the country & none of my other lettings agents come close to the level of service, professionalism or care that Julie & the whole team at Newmans have provided me over many years. This was a simple transaction, an empty property as a purchase and nothing for us to sell. It has been a marathon and not a sprint with many un-precedented events and then Coronavirus. What can I say about Julie Grover? She's been a godsend. Previously we had had very awful agents and they made our lives far tougher than needed. In the first few days of our search, Julie went over and above to help us find our home that we remained in for 2 and a half years to date.
She has been incredibly helpful throughout and always with a sunny attitude. She always tried her hardest to look after us, guide us when we weren't sure of things and was the best representative for us to our (now) former landlord enabling us to fully enjoy the time we spent in our home in Leamington Spa. Even when we were due to move on, her approach has remained the same.
She's never stopped being a godsend in a market where the tenant is not always supported and she's always ready to help whatever the issue. We will really miss having her as our agent as her support and hands-on approach has been invaluable.
We would also like to thank the rest of the team - including Becky, who was also such a delight to liaise with.
Thank you especially to Julie, though - you've made the last two and half years a delight. I only wish we could take you with us!!
