I am a homeowner in a block managed by FirstPort, and I'm increasingly frustrated with their actions. They keep adding various charges on top of the already high annual service fee we pay. Recently, they have proposed changing the carpet despite receiving multiple letters from us expressing our disagreement, as the current carpet is in good condition. Unfortunately, our emails and letters have been ignored, leaving me feeling abused and neglected in my own property. I am at a loss as to what steps to take next.
