feel compelled to share my harrowing experience with First Port's abysmal service at the Nash Mills Wharf development, specifically within HP3. The level of incompetence and disregard for residents' well-being is nothing short of appalling.
First and foremost, I've been issued with 'overspending invoices' that I dutifully paid out of concern for falling into arrears. Shockingly, it has come to light that the accounts submitted and supposedly signed off by Jake Moys weren't actually signed by him.
Instead, his signature miraculously appeared on these crucial documents. This revelation raises serious questions about the integrity and honesty of First Port's financial practices.
Adding insult to injury, I've been dealing with an ongoing leak from my neighbour's balcony. Despite reporting the issue and having a contractor attend to assess the situation, no tangible action has been taken. The leak has persisted, causing not only inconvenience but also significant damage.
To exacerbate matters, my neighbour has been grappling with two unsightly holes in their ceiling for the past two years. This neglect and lack of resolution demonstrate a shocking disregard for the well-being and living conditions of residents.
If you are a leaseholder within the HP3 Nash Mills Wharf development, I implore you to share your experiences and insights. It's evident that collective action and awareness are necessary to address the woeful state of affairs orchestrated by First Port.
Together, we can navigate this unfortunate situation and seek the justice and service we rightfully deserve.
Please comment or reach out if you find yourself in a similar predicament within HP3. It's time to stand united against the negligence and incompetence.
