TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE.
Our block of flats changed to FirstPort property management earlier this year and we have had problems ever since.
The bin store is consistently a mess - something which never happened under our previous company (Trinity).
Also, our gas/electricity meters are in a locked cupboard and can only be accessed by FirstPort staff - it usually takes me three emails and two weeks to get a response from them to get a reading.
In addition, 9 days ago the lights in our stairwell stopped working (which is very dangerous as it is completely dark). I emailed them that day, and four times since. They are still not fixed and I am yet to have a response even acknowledging my email.
There's a reason they are rated terrible here....their maintenance service is bad and their customer service is absolutely AWFUL (when they bother to answer).
Interestingly, they were originally called Peverel and had to re-brand after a tenant rebellion:

Please AVOID AT ALL COSTS and take your business elsewhere. These guys will screw you over for all you've got.
