I had my property on the market with them for 3 months, what a waste of time. They told me that they could sell my property within 6 weeks. 50% of the viewings they booked cancelled. I had to constantly chase them for updates. As they insist on sending an agent on every viewing and they do not employ enough agents, at weekends they tend to prioritize the properties that they will either get a large commission on or the properties they feel they can sell quickly. If yours isn’t one of those

M&P Clapham letting is just terrible. I was renting out the property. On most of the occasions I was fixing issues with tenants myself to avoid extra costs which they charge. Checkout process with tenants and deposit deduction was even worse. The agent lied to me that works are done but when checked were not done; absolutely not transparent in costs; no proper agreement process for works to commence. Very disappointing service, better to avoid this agent.
The sale of our house turned out to be a long drawn out and frustrating process. The staff at Miller Metcalfe were excellent and kept on pestering our buyer and their solicitor on our behalf to help us get to completion. We couldn't have done it without them, and appreciate all their help.
