Given the significant issues I faced, I strongly advise potential tenants to think twice before choosing Queensland Place and Urban Revolution. Their lack of communication and responsibility can cause major disruptions and stress. Until they improve their customer service and reliability, I cannot recommend them to other students.

Had to deal with them twice and each time was dreadful. Can I advise landlords to go elsewhere as they treat tenants like garbage. Rude. Patronising and belittling. Don't answer any questions. I felt like an inconvenience to them. Just a waste of time.
