We are sorry to read you feel dissatisfied with elements of the service you have received from our East Oxford office. We understand that you were unsure whether or not the monthly rental figure quoted on our marketing material included council tax, and you raised this matter with the office who showed you the council tax band of the property on the advertisement and confirmed that the rent did not include this amount. You then chose to attempt to obtain a tenancy on the property through the oth ...

They contract out everything - key handling, deposit handling, maintenance. They do nothing for the tenant and rip them off at every step. How to improve? Go bust and don't sully the high streets with your scum.

We thank you for your comments as customer feedback is important to us. We are sorry that the property was not in working order for you. We would normally offer to help you contact your Landlord in a situation where we do not manage the property. Regarding the check-in and check-out, these are often very different as there is usually remedial work and cleaning carried out between tenancies and these documents, along with the inventory which the Landlord pays for, are imperative to recording t ...

Chancellors of Bracknell provide a terrible service. When you call up to enquire about a property you are told they will get someone to call you back and then you never hear from anyone. On the one occasion that they did call back I put forward and couple of properties I was interested in viewing and I was thinking all had changed when they actually emailed me back and asked what day I could view. However when I wrote back with a couple of queries, once again, I have never heard back from them. A ...
