DO NOT USE WOOD GREEN ESTATES... Asking a customer for their "origin" is not professional and acceptable. Saying that my name sounded Arabic was also unprofessional.... Wanting to meet my family - seriously!! I have been searching for a property to rent for a few weeks now and I have never come across any other agency like this one.... I REPEAT DO NOT USE THEM.

DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY!!!! They are really unprofesional! They provide a poor serfvice and they not even registrered properly with the Property Ombudsman! I had a terrible experience renting through them. They provide me a Tenancy Agreement what was not even right to use it for. They do not know nothing about marketing, letting and dealing with costumers! Do your self a favour and do not go to this agency! Terrible!!!!

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed).
