The owner of William’s Way, Wil Barber, grew up in Drayton going to the local schools and still lives locally today. Having worked for a national estate agent, Wil noticed the need for a more transparent and honest cu
stomer service experience. Consequently he established William’s Way Estate Agents in his much loved Drayton and surrounding areas; committed to bringing the best service to the local community.

I can't praise William's Way highly enough. From start to finish, Wil gave us GREAT advice and guidance throughout the selling process AND guided us through a purchase as well. He really knows his stuff. The Williams Way team were professional, friendly, reassuring , and always at the other end of the phone. Nothing was too much trouble. I LOVE their community spirit, the way they market and champion local businesses, and their local knowledge is sound. They are honest, trustworthy and have integrity which is what you want in anyone you do business with, especially those who take you through this process.

We have recently completed selling our home through William’s Way and cannot recommend them highly enough! At our initial meeting with Wil, we really loved his attitude and philosophy and most importantly, honesty towards the entire process ahead of us.
We were so pleased with the pictures Wil took of our home and the listing showed the house off to its very best. Luke was polite and very efficient in producing our EPC report. Harriet kept us well informed with regular feedback from our viewings.
Once our home sold, Richard and Harriet’s communication was great, keeping us informed with regular updates and chasing various other parties as necessary. We were reassured throughout. We want to thank the whole, brilliant team at William’s Way, who we would use again without hesitation and have recommended them to everyone we know!

I can highly recommend Williams Way for selling your property.
We have recently exchanged and the communication and service from first putting the property on the market to getting to this stage has been second to none.
Unlike some other agents there was no hard sell or pressure from when we first had the property valued, Will was personable and honest which is just what you want.
Harriet was great at booking in viewings and providing feedback and Richard was great at assisting with the the exchange of contracts happening.
Highly recommend!

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.

1. Express your concern to the Branch Manager in writing. 2. If you do not feel your concern has been resolved, write to the Managing Director. 3. If you still do not feel you concern has been satisfied contact the Property Ombudsman
