I sold and bought my last house through wh brown pontefract. I got full asking price and the timescale from offer to completion was very quick. Very professional and always kept full up to date by Melanie

Abrupt and pushy staff, forced into 'seeing' their inhouse mortgage advisor before we were allowed to offer on a house, despite already having a mortgage promise from the lender of our choice. Credit check then ran without us giving our formal approval or being there !!

After a valuation visit from Charlie on Tuesday we would like you to know how professional , friendly & approachable he is in his job role. If the house hadn't sold as it did we would of seriously considered putting our house on the market with yourselves.
We want to wish Charlie all the success for the future x

DO NOT USE THIS FIRM......we recently sold our house with them,from the beginning we felt let down and lied to.we asked them to give us the full cost in writing £1900 only to be told by the solicitors months later it would be £2500.AND YES IT WAS MONTHS to move.we were pesterted into excepting a lower offer.we made numerous phone calls which messages never returned.then on odd times they did ring up they asked us how we were getting on with things and when and how we would be handing the money over.the list goes on and on.........
