We found the on-site training provided by Laura Haman from LetMC very useful and informative. She was prepared and got straight into things without us having to ask ? we were looking for someone to take the lead and guide us through things and we found that she did that in a thorough way. We also liked her delivery and style which was friendly, personal and knowledgeable. We?d definitely like her back for any future training that may crop up!
