We've been using this software for the past 2 years and it has steadily got worse and worse. They keep removing important functions and the support is appalling. We just keep getting fobbed off and it's incredibly frustrating.
They charge us for a service, then claim that if, for example, an email does not get sent through the system which you are paying for, it is your fault!
