This tool delivers no benefit for the letter, the landlord or the agent. It adds days if not weeks of delay to the process by demanding unnecessary details and documentation. It’s remedial level chatbot is idle for most of the time and can while away many hours of your day. All in all, this is an extremely poor implementation and I cannot for the life of me fathom why a professional business would use, let alone pay for this?
