Focus Micro Systems

I feel the need to add a further bad review for the Focus Rent software.

There is still a persistent breakdown in the software being able to print to a printer. Having just lost the printing for my bank reconciliation for this week I am now trying to generate a banking reconciliation report and it is clearly going to take 30 minutes of my time to generate from the current speed I am watching. Plenty of time to share how much I hate the incompetence of the programming and support going in to this. It has now just crashed as I was typing this... I'll start all over, yet again.

I now have Support on the phone going through it with them and... sure enough... he can't get it to work either... "Leave it with me". How much time do you think I have in a day?
