Have been a member of ARLA for several years and I pay for all our staff to be members too... and encourage them all to complete the ARLA.. and as many courses as possible to enhance their skills.
I find the wealth of information and resources available to us second to none... the local meetings are very informative and great for networking and comparing notes with other agents.
Happy to recommend and shout about ARLA!
