In completeness - I will add that a number of my issues have been with YourMoves back office functions (AKA Bathgate lettings) rather than the front office staff. However, to me, yourmove is yourmove - and the front office staff pointing to the back-end being the cause of the problem is no real excuse for how poor the company are overall, At the end of it , the customer gets the shaft while the elements of YM point fingers at each other and say it was someone else s fault - while not addressing ...
