I have a very good experience with X1 Lettings's rental service, especially our Managers Ali and Sarah who always manage to give an immediate reply and immediate response for our requests. All monthly statements of income and payments are well scheduled and sent to us on schedule, manage to secure tenants continuously non-stop with good negotiation skills and service, excellent in arranging repairs and allowances. All these services make us feel very comfortable and safe to place our property ...

As I've said, £200 is not acceptable. X1 Lettings had a duty of care towards my daughter which they have not upheld. This offer needs to be increased before myself and my daughter will be happy. My daughter is now on medication due to the stress and anxiety of living at The Capmus on Fredderick Road Salford. She needed extensions on her work to complete her Masters. It is just not acceptable to let a studio to a student for the sole purpose of studying that is not fit or healthy to live in. ...
