Comment on agent fees
In general fees are high for managing a property, especially when the tenants stay for a year or more, and you still pay a finder/retainer fee. I didn't feel that Terence's fees were higher than average, and he worked with me to get the best fee structures in place, which I appreciated.

Comment on agent fees
I have never agreed with the fact that some letting agencies say the tenant has to pay for the inventory before and after the tenancy period. Surely this is a cost for the landlord? I am a private landlord myself and organised and paid for my own inventories when my tenants moved in and out as it was in my best interest that this was done. These fees are significant and punishing to trustworthy tenants.
