Communication is key in our business and we pride ourselves on keeping clients informed of progress and addressing the many issues that inevitably crop up during the conveyancing process. Its also common for us to need to secure another buyer if the first buyer withdraws from the transaction, as happened here. ...

I'm sorry that on some occasions things weren't left as they should have been as our policy is always to "leave as we find". I'm also sorry to hear that some mud had been trodden into your property. Sadly many agents neglect their clients once a sale is agreed and vendors are left in the dark as to what is or isn't happening which causes unnecessary worry. Before appointing an agent it is important to find out not only how they plan to sell the property , but how they plan to progress the sale through to a successful and stress free completion. ...
