This is an unfair and inaccurate review. The viewer simply preferred an alternative property and I will always support my staff if they are forced into what was a very confrontational situation. The Home Information pack was free if the sale went though to completion but non refundable if the property is withdrawn. The Terms and Conditions are clearly stated. ...
