The pricing structure is good set at 3 levels to suit varied needs. I chose the no sale no fee option with viewings as I was not nearby to do them myself, the maximum of ‚£300 for these is useful. I haven't seen the full breakdown of the bill as the solicitor paid them on completion. This would have been useful, I wasn't sure of how many viewings I had ....probably very close to the maximum because of the first buyers multiple visits and the fact they eventually pulled out at the last minute and it had to be re-marketed.....very effectively as it sold straight away.

The 3 tier price structure for UP was fantastic. We chose option 3 the more expensive purely we wanted the flexibility offered should we not of found a property we wanted. Little did we know we'd find two and despite this we were still happy with paying the slightly higher fees.
