I believe I am charged a standard letting fee, which now offers excellent value - not always the case in the past.

Not impressed so far. Letting my property with Trinity has been a disappointment.
Very little communication and issues are not resolved despite repeatedly asking. Fees for a minor repair were extortionate.
Trying to whack on extra fees for out of hours cover etc....
