Selling and buying the house can be a very stressful process.
Me and my husband had decided to sell our flat and purchase a house.
Joel was the estate agent of our seller not our estate agent although I can surely say that without Joel me and my husband wouldn't have had the house we have purchased.
Our estate agent had been absolutely absent for the whole process and me and my husband were really frustrated. Everything we knew was only because of Joel. He had guided us through everything for the 5 month process of selling and purchasing out new home. He has done the job of the estate agent of his clients (our seller) and the job of my estate agent (absent for the most process).
Thank you so much Joel for being such a kind, knowledgeable, professional and patient estate agent with us.
We cannot thank you enough.
