Miranda Mendes, what else can be said about Miranda that has not already been said?? We met Miranda at a showing prior to buying our chosen house, and Miranda's presentation skills were impressive. Miranda showed us through the entire property with such thoroughness that it could have been Miranda's own house she was selling. Miranda answered all our questions positively as only Miranda could, and we made an offer on the spot. Miranda called the sellers on our behalf, and was instrumental in us purchasing the property. The sellers were understandably a little unsure as they had been let down prior to Miranda showing us around by Miranda's previous client. Miranda was instrumental in our offer being accepted, which without Miranda using her “Miranda Way” magic, our offer would possibly not of been accepted, but thanks to Miranda's reassuring the sellers, we got the property. We would like to thank Miranda for sorting this out for us, and we suggest she bottles-up her “Miranda Way” technique and sells it.
