Bernadine is exceptionally responsive with us and our tenants. She has made the quite daunting prospect of renting out our home so easy.
I highly recommend Bernadine, and I feel very lucky we have her looking after the management of our property.

I met Bernadine while she worked with another agency. She was attentive to detail, diligent and honest. This was in complete contrast to her erstwhile employers who ran the back office from somewhere in the North and had a rather slipshod attitude to tenant care.
So I had no problems moving my business to her new agency when she left. I have had no regrets about that decision. The properties are maintained well. The rents come in on time and even when there are issues, she escalates them quickly for resolution.
She certainly has earned my 5* rating.
