We commenced as residential lettings, property management and buy to let investment agents in 2001 and are firmly established as the town’s only lettings specialist. We have seventeen members of staff solely dedicated to lettings and management of houses and apartments in Nantwich and surrounding areas.
Our attitude has been to ‘raise the bar’ in terms of the standards we achieve and we have won national awards for excellence in customer service, as voted for by our own landlords. Our extensive experience has resulted in a strong working knowledge of the legislation that underpins property letting and management, and to ensure the protection of our landlords we constantly invest in our systems and processes in response to the ever-changing regulations affecting residential lettings.

As part of our commitment to service excellence, we would never place our tenants in a hazardous situation; if our landlords are not prepared to remedy serious repair needs we would terminate our contract.
