I have recently moved from Cardiff to Swindon, and we fell in love with a property prior to ours going on the market. I spoke with Sam Byford and he arranged a viewing for us. My husband walked around the property and Sam was happy for me to be on face time for a viewing as I was in Cardiff. It was such a beautiful house, and we spoke to Sam about our situation. He spoke with the seller who agreed to sell to us and Sam arranged for the house to be taken off the market. It was a long 5 weeks before ours went on the market and sold, but we were very happy with Sam as he kept checking in with us, as we did with him. When the purchase went through, I had little in the way of updates from our estate agents, but Sam was incredible, going out of his way at every step of the way, providing updates, chasing solicitors when needed, and being a general support to me as he was the only person in the whole process who was actively at the end of the phone to support us. We are now in our beautiful new house, and I know it wouldn't be possible without the help of Sam. I'd like to mention Holly too, as she too was always willing to help me, and chased things for us as well. Both were incredible and offered a fantastic customer journey for me and my family - even as far as recommending services I needed during the move. The area is new to me so I know no-one and they were just fantastic. Thank you both so much. I hope I never have to sell a house again, but if I do, I know where to come!!

5 stars doesn't do David, Katie and the team at Taylors in Swindon justice, David was an absolute legend when it came to letting my house out, no only did he take excellent photographs, full listing details, my property went on their website on a Friday and Monday morning I had a call to say a Let had been agreed, rent payments have been on time every month, any questions I've had have been answer quickly.
When we came to list my wife's house ready for our move we went straight to David, I didn't think it was possible to beat last time but they had a let agreed the same day we instructed them.
David should be well on the way to winning Letting Agent of the year (if such a thing exists!)
If your considering letting out your home - use Taylor's it's as simple as that!

* their letters look like a scam due to being so poorly written (says tenants names 10 times with no spaces, address is written 4 times and covers a single page. It’s clearly automated and not proof read)
By far the most unprofessional letting agent I’ve ever dealt with. Avoid like the plague
