As the Executor of my late Father-in-Laws will, I was entrusted to sell his property in Bletchley to realise the revenue to pay his 4 x beneficiaries.
After meeting with the Solicitor, they pointed me in the direction of the local Estate Agents, where three are concentrated adjacent to each other in Bletchley Town centre.
After visiting them all, I opted to choose Taylors, mainly because of their courteous welcome, but also because of the fixed term of commission for the marketing and sale of the property.
From initial contact to completion my experience was excellent. All appointments were met on time. I was present at the valuation and was kept updated on the progress of the sale.
Having never sold a house before, Taylor's made the whole process really easy and problem free.
I would happily recommend the Team at Taylor's.

Give a wide berth. Originally got this agent around to look into selling my property. They* came round with typical haughty agent swagger, promising that with Taylors marketing and offices being in 276 offices in London that they would get my property sold no problem especially if I went ahead with with the £140 professional photos. He seemed to know his stuff and couldn't do more to help us on that initial meeting. That is where the customer service stopped. Once instructed to go live, (there was a point where I told them to hold back from listing for about a week or two) I was shocked to find that they did not have a floor plan listed. The glossy brochures came a month after listing which shows they were not marketing the property and when it did arrive it had the wrong price listed on it despite me notifying the branch when I received an email from the head office with the incorrect details on it the week before. When i told them to take the listing down they said it would take 48 hours. Even though other agents can update Rightmove instantly. Even till the listing is still current and it has been 48 hours. Total cowboys. Don't be taken in by these jobsworths. Tony couldn't manage a turd in a toilet let alone this branch of Taylors. Not one viewing by this branch. Their Kingston Branch managed one viewing. I instructed Elevation and even before it was put online they managed to get 3 viewings. Taylors excuse was that it was the price despite getting plenty of other interest and offers through another agents. It is called being proactive!! This agent doesn't know the meaning of the word. Taylors only saving grace are Andy Slough and Lauren Beaumont. I cannot really knock their work. They have been class and really need to leave the Taylors brand behind as it does not look good working for this in decline (wonder why) agent. The 82% 1 star reviews on this site about the Taylors franchise says it all really. Buyers and Sellers beware

Dreadful! Never use them! Lied to our buyers, lied to us! Didn't do anything! Didn't even do the viewings and when they did they were late and we had already done the viewing! We had to sort everything out. Complained and got �100 off, which meant nothing after the stress that they caused... Read Full Review

STAY AWAY. We have been 'purchasing' a property with Taylors for two months now. We didn't receive updates and our phone calls and emails were ignored and unanswered. Today we had to drive over to Bletchley during a lunch break to try and get an update, only to be told that the property had been WITHDRAWN YESTERDAY and we should have 'received an email' but of course that email didn't arrive. They didn't even have the courtesy to call us to let us know that OUR SALE HAD FALLEN THROUGH. Not only have we lost the house of our dreams but also an awful lot of money. STAY AWAY for your own sanity!

I asked for a estimate to sell a house. The male rep left, and within 15 minutes this Lauren called and said that she had 2 people who wanted to see the property immediately, being somewhat annoyed at what I assumed to be some lack of communication within the branch I told her it was not for sale and that I was going to work out what I wanted to do. 2 HOURS later she brought one family around to my house!!! She is a horrible uneducated person who is just after her commission but with absolutely no respect, courtesy, or logic for the seller. Totally disgusting and a very problematic youth.

I've been trying to sell my house for some time and I found Abi at Taylors to be outstanding in terms of customer service, she visited me and re did all of the photos which increased the amount of interest I received from online buyers. Shortly afterwards I finally had an offer on the table! I found that the staff in the branch were professional and I was constantly updated with the sale of my property. I would highly recommend Taylors, particularly the Bletchley branch to anyone who is thinking of selling their home.

The agents are pushy and told my partner that I was lying about not having confirmed viewings when they had arrived at the property. On one occasion a Sales viewing was arranged and the letting agent arrived 30 mins beforehand without notifying myself, after he was denied entry he waited until the Sales viewing time came about and entered the property with the Sales representative.

Taylors have also visited the property on several occasions late and then complained when neither myself nor my partner have been in to let them in.
And thirdly, they failed to add amendments to the inventory that I provided after taking tenancy on for the property. It was only 1 month prior to my tenancy ending that I requested the inventory and discovered that they had failed to update it. Luckily I had kept the emails with the notes and comments.
In short: this letting agency has no morals nor decency and will lie in order to accomplish its goals. Avoid at all costs.
