Over the past 6 months of renting a property through S&S I have encountered numerous problems.

Glad its not just me. I'm disgusted with the way I've been treated and also had to call out an emergency contractor as they failed to respond. Worst 1st rental experience ever! I sustained a significant burn because no one would deal with my previously reported very hot water. Shocking and unprofessional! ...

Repeatedly failed to return calls.
We arranged a second viewing planning to make an offer but were told person accompanying us could not discuss money.
No follow up call. We rang, no call back- took 3 weeks to make an offer.

Well what can I say very disappointing . They did really don’t put any effort in to selling your house. The guy said he would send email to me how the house was doing. Waited two weeks nothing . They never asked me if I would like to see any property they had on the market to see I would like it. Where the get up and go ...
