What agent could do to change your mind?
I expect an email or letter from StreetsAhead sayng a simple note on who is responsible for my property, with a telephone number, and indication on what to do if things go wrong. I have not received nothing from them. I feel it is of poor customer service, and as an owner, I expect to get more communication from the agancy!

What agent could do to change your mind?
For the beginning the agent showed me a house that was out of the brief that I gave him.
The communication was poor.
I paid the initial holding deposit over the phone, which felt unsafe and unethical.
Details they had ensured me was confirmed with the landlord had not even been discussed.
