The administration fee of ‚£480 was incredibly expensive and higher than I have paid previously. I also had To query the check in fee as the owner did the check in - after I queried it, it was refunded that same week. Aside from the administration fee, the other fees seemed appropriate and inline with others.

I think the fees were high. However, I have not rented a property in this price band (generally the more you pay in rent, the lower the fees) The net result was that we got a good price overall. The landlord, Towends and the tenant did well
