Hi, sorry things didn't work out for you on this property. Unfortunately we didn't hold keys at the office for this apartment in order to confirm viewing appointments. We had to schedule/confirm viewing appointments with the key holders to provide access. The viewings we had arranged were cancelled as the landlords called to inform us that they had received a holding deposit for the property directly. ...

We put down a holding fee and then the estate agent decided to carry on viewings and gave the property to another group. Really put us on a bad track and we may not have a home next month because of it. Thanks mate....

Hi, sorry things didn't work out for you on this property. As explained before you put anything down, the landlord was going to make his mind up between two parties to which best suited them. Unfortunately they decided to go with the other party on the same day you placed the deposit, which is why you were updated immediately and received a full refund. ...
