It is impossible to describe their appalling service. Never have I ever encounter such spectacular customer abuse as I have with this bunch. Had to move in late as they had an ‘overlap' in tennancy dates. No hot water for 2 weeks despite reporting it to them several times. Make sure every mark/stain is noted on your original inventory as they will find it on the moving out inventory and charge you a compensation fee. You will loose 10% rent as ‘exit fee' and they will charge for a professional clean- although they couldn't provide an actual cleaning receipt on request of proof.
